Hot-dipped Galvalume steel is carbon steel coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy using a continuous hot-dip process, combining the corrosion protection and high-temperature resistance of aluminum with the formability and galvanic protection of zinc. The coating composition consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, respectively, by weight.
The advantages are as follows:
1. Corrosion resistance: Galvalume coils have strong corrosion resistance and a normal service life of up to 25 years, which is 3-6 times that of galvanized sheets and equivalent to stainless steel. The corrosion resistance of galvanized steel coils comes from the protective function of the aluminum oxide layer, which prevents the zinc from sacrificing itself when the edges are cut, scratched or the coating is damaged.
2. Heat resistance: Galvalume coils have high heat reflectivity and are suitable for use as roofing materials; they also have excellent heat resistance themselves and are very suitable for use in high-temperature environments up to 315 degrees Celsius.

Construction field used as building material: roofing tiles, metal frame, partition board, windows and doors, making profiles, fencing panel, corrugated sheets, structural decking, etc.
Auto Parts: car body shell, underpants, doors, fuel tank, stamping parts, etc.
