The zero spangle galvanized steel sheet is made of hot-rolled steel coils, and the strip steel after pickling pretreatment process, annealing, galvanizing, spangle, SPM and chemical treatment is inspected and coiled. The steel coil is cut into steel plates according to the requirements, and the most advanced American GBNB and German Siemens electrical control systems are adopted. It can produce zero spangle, small spangle, common spangle, etc. Thickness 0.12mm-6mm, width 500mm-1250mm, galvanizing weight 30-275g/m2, surface passivation and oiling can be implemented. In addition, the company has introduced a slitting machine to meet the different requirements of customers for width. and two roll forming machines to produce corrugated roof panels and trapezoidal corrugated panels.
